Law Costs Draftsman - Legal Aid

Are you an experienced Law Costs Draftsman? A firm based in Manchester are looking for a Law Costs Draftsman to join their team.

You will have previous Legal Aid experience in a cost related position as this is vital to the role.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Preparing Claim 2 bills

- Preparing breakdowns for negotiations

- Preparing legal aid claim 1 and claim 1a bills.

- Preparing documents in support of Notice of Commencement

- Preparing papers to accompany N258 form.

Ideally you will have experience of working with CCMS.

The salary is dependant on experience.
