Crest Nicholson's brand new Midlands region are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help lay the foundations for the region to grow successfully. You will be covering the areas of Birmingham, Oxfordshire and Herefordshire.
As a Sales Manager for Crest Nicholson you will be working with a multi award winning new homes builder with large diverse sites offering great opportunities to progress and develop your career. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a region right at the start of its development.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced sales manager within the new homes construction sector. It is essential that you have an excellent background within sales management from land buying through to handover of the finished product.
As this role is for a new division within a geographical area where we have previously not been active we will be relying on your local market knowledge and experience in land pricing in particular.
In addition to this you must have good knowledge of running a team of sales advisors, inspecting site performance and doing in depth competitor analysis. You will be travelling to site as and when they are acquired and launched, ensuring sales, pricing and marketing is in line with Crest expectations and standards.
The role will have some data analysis and reporting duties, as well as team management elements with the support of the Sales and Marketing Director.
Applicants should have:
Previous experience as a Sales Manager for a new homes developer.
You will be a driven individual keen to take on this challenge and seeing it grow over time.
Due to the analytical elements you will need good IT skills, ideally with COINS or MS Dynamics experience, although full training can be given.
