Recruitment Sector - Social Care / Social Housing
Location - Bristol
Salary - Negotiable + company shares and free parking
As a recruitment professional, the dream is eventually to run your own business. However, the majority of the time this is risky and involves overhead costs and a cold start. And the risk of failure is high.
However, what if I told you that you could help launch a company, but the business was already established and the risk factor was zero?

My client is looking for an experienced recruitment professional to help launch a new arm of their business, within the Social Care and Social Housing sectors. The client base is already established and an existing database of relevant candidates is just waiting to be put to use.
The Ideal candidate will already have significant recruitment experience, preferably at Team Leader or Management Level, and relevant sector knowledge is considered a bonus.
You will have;
?? A track record of working within Recruitment
?? Proven track record of billings & stability
?? Proven ability to build & develop client relationships
?? Ability to effectively screen candidates to differentiate between those who are qualified and those who are not.
?? Accomplished in sourcing passive candidates who are not on the open market.
?? Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated to succeed in sales where you are measured on results.
?? Highly motivated by targets, money & delivering a high level of service.
?? Seeking a company where you can make a genuine impact, where career development is taken seriously.
?? Ideally suited to working in a non-micro management environment.
