Front of House Account Manager - Central London - GBP35k - GBP40K + excellent benefits
The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join my client's team in London. You will be working for a leading security and front of house provider managing their client accounts within an impressive portfolio covering the whole of London. These accounts will include institutions covering an array of sites, practice & public sector. You ideally will be working in an Account Manager capacity and would have Managed a team of Front of House employees across multiple sites. You will be strengthening client relationships while providing Front of House team members with training, advice and support.
This role requires an individual who is highly customer focused and is able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. People Management, teamwork and motivation are key focal aspects - you must be able to encourage and inspire employees to work together in order to function efficiently. A strong element of flexibility is required as the position involves visiting many sites across London.
Working hours are Monday - Friday business hours with some flexibility for evenings as required.
What You Will Need:
• Experience of leading a team within a high-end Corporate environment
• Track record of delivering consistent 5 star services
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to formulate business plans for clients and review on a regular basis
• Immaculate appearance
• Strong IT skills
