Ashley Kate HR are proud to be working in partnership with a leading, well established business based in Huddersfield in their search for x 2 HR Advisor's.
This is a permanent full-time position with a salary up to GBP32,500 (DOE)
Joining an all rounded HR team of 5 and reporting to the HR Manager your day-to-day will see you; providing advice and support to key stakeholders and managers throughout the organisation, disciplinary and grievances, employment legislation and case management.
This role will be based in Huddersfield with occasional travel with to other business sites.
To be considered you must have experience working in a unionised environment and be CIPD qualified (or working towards)
This is a great role for someone who 3 + years in a HR advisory role and really wants to contribute and benefit a business.
