Field Service Engineer | Up to 120 Per Day | Based in Norwich Your new role As a Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for providing 2nd line IT support services for various sites across Norwich. Duties will include: Providing 2nd line IT support for multi sites Successful resolution of all IT tickets Responsibility for fixing and maintaining systems Performing system maintenance across desktops Relocating equipment in line with operational requirements and refurbishments Conducting routine audits of hardware / software What you'll need to succeed You will have to have experience as a dedicated Field Service Engineer within a professional environment. Skills required: Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office Proven 2nd line support experience 1-2 years + Working knowledge and experience of Active Directory Excellent PC and Server hardware knowledge ITIL v3 Intermediate Level What you'll get in return In return you will receive a daily rate of up to 120 per day, a 3-6 month contract and all the right tools to succeed in the role.
