Becoming a Recruitment Administrator with HR Solutions:

We are looking for a bright, well organised individual to take up the role of Recruitment Administrator within our client site in South Westminster. As the Recruitment Administrator, you would effectively manage all the day to day tasks and general administration matters relating to new starters within the business, as supporting the Recruitment Team to reach their targets by completing all tasks and projects on time.

You are not required to have recruitment or on-boarding experience - simply good organisation and team working skills, the ability to confidently use Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel and a positive and supportive approach. We encourage applicants who are available for an immediate start.

You will provide administrative support to the whole team, and especially the Recruitment Business Partners team, to help them achieve their objectives in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure excellent client / customer management is provided throughout. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is interested in gaining recruitment and on-boarding administration experience.

What you will do:

Process ID Checks in accordance to client guidelines.
*

Upload ID documents to applicant profiles in accordance with client guidelines
*

Take photos for ID badges as well as printing and mailing out ID Badges
*

To provide full administrative support for the end to end recruitment process, ensuring all recruitment data is managed accurately and in a timely manner
*

Chasing outstanding information from hiring managers where required
*

Attend and contribute to service / resourcing meetings / job fair events
*

Input data accurately into the recruitment system.
*

Archive recruitment documentation as directed by the team.

Your experience will include:

Good administration skills - Ability to confidently use MS Outlook, Word & Excel

Able to manage your time carefully, organising and prioritising your workload
*

Sharp attention to detail
*

Good communication skills both written and verbal
*

Positive attitude
*

Flexible approach - willing to work after hours if necessary if tasks need to be completed
