Recruitment ATS System Administrator, data and planner

Based Central London

Up to c 35k maximum

Exciting new ATS administrator/ analyst role working within first class recruitment team in prestigious office. You will have a proven track record as an ATS or recruitment analyst and need to have experience at the same using SQL or business objects. The purpose of this role is to maintain, configure and user acceptance test our applicant tracking system. Providing first line support for fault resolution and when appropriate, report the issue to the supplier and work with them to ensure the fault is rectified in a timely manner. They will action specific ATS change requests, and will provide measurement and insight reports to the entire Recruitment team. The job holder is also responsible for all resource planning activity within the Recruitment team.

Main Duties/responsibilities

* Configure/maintain/change our applicant tracking system

* Error rate in builds, postings and changes tracked via the line manager

* Build & Post jobs onto specific ATS's in line with business requirements and Client SLA's

* Build and configure daily, weekly, monthly and year to date reports detailing applicant media source, conversion rates at each stage in the process, compliance data and diversity and inclusion data

* Responsible for the accuracy and timely delivery of all reports Effectively schedules the daily tasks within the recruitment team ensuring that all tasks are completed within one working day utlising the ATS scheduling tool

* All Internal recruiters time will be fully utilised. Make efficiency recommendations in the use of the ATS I
* Influencer - working with the managers to innovate existing and new processes to deliver a better recruitment experience

Skills, qualifications:

Essential:

* Previous experience of working with an Applicant Tracking systems
* Knowledge of the recruitment industry
* Degree level in System Administration or other technology or similar
* Capacity to work under minimal supervision
* Capacity to work in a rapidly changing environment, proactively responding to changing requirements
* Attention to detail and process orientated
* Ability to work to deadlines for multiple project
* Excellent communication skills
* Desire to deliver a consistently high client and candidate experience
* Good working knowledge and experience of BUSINESS OBJECTS OR SQL
* Competent in use of Word, Outlook, Excel, Business objects and SQL
* Experience in the administration of applicant tracking systems
* Good technical understanding of web hosted IT platforms
* Highly numerate with Google analytical skills
* Ability to translate business requirements into system process
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Advanced (touch)typing ability
* Evidence of working in a recruitment or a high profile service role
* Existing experienced within a similar role within recruitment industry
* Understanding of Project Management methodologies
