Maxwell Bruce are winners of Scotland's best small agency of the year award and we are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer for our established team in Glasgow City Centre.

Previous recruitment resourcing experience is Essential and ideally knowledge of the Industrial market.

Applicants will need to be organised, driven, enthusiastic, adaptable and have first class admin skills. A drivers licence is also essential.

Main day to day duties involve:
•Calling potential candidates to assess their current work situation and completing interviews
•Filling vacancies
•Processing information on to companies database
•Checking candidates Right to work, I.D, industry qualifications etc.
•Advertising current and future vacancies
•Scanning of documents
•Servicing existing and new clients
•Service visits / new candidate check in's (company vehicle provided for this)

This is not a sales role, however there is a bonus structure in place for meeting KPI's. The Salary is dependent on experience.

Required experience:
•Resourcing: 2 years.
•Full UK drivers licence.

Recruitment is not a 9-5 role and working outwith normal business hours will be required.
