The Opportunity:

This is an amazing opportunity for you to set up a new branch, including help decide on the location and recruit your own team. You will hold full management responsibility for all aspects of the branches activities. This will include sales strategy planning and target achievement, staff recruitment & training, personnel management, P&L management, Health and safety, stock management and purchasing.

This is a customer focused role where your time management and delegation skills must be first class to ensure you can dedicate time to growing the business.

The Ideal Candidate:

With a background in branch management or sales (with internal experience) in an electrical wholesaler you will have the drive and personality to motivate and lead a time consisting of internal and external sales, stores, trade counter and driving personnel. You will have excellent communication at all levels and a real focus on providing a first-class service to your customers. Effective time management and delegation skills are essential to the role. A full understanding of P&L and good understanding of purchasing / stock control systems are also required
