Internal Recruitment Support
PURPOSE OF ROLE
Support the HR Team with the recruitment life cycle and Senior HR Administration to include recruitment trackers, reports, offer letters and contracts.
This will be primarily in our Recovery Audit division and vary from 5-20 vacancies at any one time. We have a large annual student placement intake and this generates a lot of admin, someone who is capable of detailed admin work - offer letters, contracts, compliance paperwork.
POSITION SUMMARY
The ideal candidate will be required to:
Upload job approvals and offers via internal system and monitor progress
• Advertise jobs via approved providers or agencies where necessary
• Send out weekly internal advert to all UK employees or as required
• Review applicants and undertake first stage screening along with gaining an understanding of candidate expectations
• Send relevant applicants to Line managers and seek approval
• Arrange 1st and 2nd interviews
• Gather and provide feedback from line manager and applicants
• Draft and send out new starter paperwork for successful employees
• Upload new starter details onto internal system
• Produce weekly recruitment report to HR Business Partner and HR Director
• Provide all aspects administrative support to the HR Team
• Keep internal trackers completely up to date
• Direct sourcing of candidates where necessary
• Production of policies / updates when required
• Other duties as required

Essential Personal Attributes
• Communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong admin skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise a number of vacancies at any one time
• Team player and can do attitude
• Relationship building skills
Experience
Essential:
• Worked in an internal recruitment based position with exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle. Candidates from an external recruitment background would be considered.
• HR Background essential.
• People Soft knowledge an advantage
• Must have previous experience of reviewing applications, 1st stage screening, gathering candidate requirements and making a decision on whether to submit the candidate for the position
• HR Administration experience essential
• Strong HR admin background
• Arranged week 1 Induction Plan /Schedule with relevant stakeholders
• Administration skills Intermediate with Microsoft Word and Excel
Desirable:
• Produced new starter documentation including offer letters and contracts.
• Carried out Inductions for new starters
