Working as a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a property care team in the Exeter area GBP23k+
Working for a large housing company in the Exeter and Torbay area as part of a property care team.
You will complete Carpentry repairs and maintenance to local authorities, schools within occupied and void properties.
Must have experience in other trades as well as NVQ level 2 carpentry with previous experience in joinery and ironmongery would be desirable and ideally worked within occupied properties before. Must hold a full UK driving licence
GBP23500+ working 40 hours per week, 25 days holiday raising to 30. A van, tool allowance, ipad, uniform and PPE will also be provided.
