• Basic salary to GBP17,000 with on target earnings to GBP30,000 plus GBP150 per month (GBP1,800 per annum) car allowance.

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Key responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relations with new and existing clients
• Effective diary management
• Photography
• Registering prospective tenants and keeping in regular contact
• Arrange and accompany viewings
• Closing deals
• Providing constructive feedback to Landlords
• Taking tenancy deposits and balance of monies
• Overseeing Landlord and Tenant meetings
• Overseeing contract signing
• Booking energy performance checks, gas checks, inventories and other associated works prior to the tenancy commencing

• From day one you will focus wholly on the Lettings process and use the tools of trade as a great opportunity to create income.
• You must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients and assessing their property needs.
• The atmosphere in the office is extremely vibrant, with a large number of clients arriving at the office in person requiring a property viewing or needing assistance with a general enquiry.
• Meanwhile, the phones will be ringing with yet more enquiries.
• The pace is fast, yet every client enquiry needs to be dealt with professionally.
• You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by their staff is of paramount importance.
• The role is for someone who is prepared to put in long hours and work hard to achieve success and meet (or exceed) challenging targets.

2 years + previous Lettings experience is desired however applications are invited from Estate Agents with Residential Property Sales industry experience.

GBP20 per personal Financial Service introduction, paid on completion. GBP20 per conveyancing lead, paid on completion. Initial 3 month guarantee whilst building lettings pipeline.

Hours:

Working hours Monday to Friday 08:45 to 6:00, Saturday 08:45 to 4:00 - 5 day working week with a day off during the week.

Holidays:

20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays and closed Sundays.
