Recruitment Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager/Team Leader to deliver a strategic approach to resourcing for an organisation based in North Bristol/South Gloucestershire. You will be managing a team of 6 to deliver a customer-focussed recruitment service which sources all levels of talent. In addition the appointee will manage the organisation's agency staff contract and develop and deliver the organisation's apprenticeship strategy.

Person Specification

• Proven experience identifying and implementing rigorous and creative resourcing solutions aligned to workforce planning, ideally gained within a complex, regulated environment.
• In depth knowledge of HR and recruitment applicant tracking systems is needed.
• Professionally qualified, ideally CIPD or REC qualified, or equivalent experience.
• In depth people management experience, able to lead, develop and motivate an established and experienced team.
• Experience of designing innovative candidate resourcing campaigns, using a variety of social media and other platforms in order to attract difficult to find, scarce skilled senior staff.
• Experience of managing third party suppliers with regards to agency and contract staff.
• Some knowledge of recruiting and developing apprentices would be ideal.
• Able to apply project management principles / systems thinking to deliver HR and recruitment business solutions which require research, development and evaluation.
• Commercially astute able to evidence adding value through providing timely resourcing solutions.
• Ideally you will hold a qualification in occupational testing / selection assessment or be prepared to study towards this.
• Experience of recruiting in a regulated or public sector environment would be ideal.
