Beanies the Flavour Co. specialise in developing unique and flavoursome coffee and have been established since 2009, an extremely innovative company with a number of new projects on the horizon. They are looking to strengthen their workforce by recruiting an Ecommerce and Marketing Assistant, which is a new role and who will be based in Darlington.

The focus of the position is to develop both new and existing online sales through the company's website leading to the development of significant growth in both UK and International sales revenue.

Additionally, the candidate with be involved in a variety of activities ranging from traditional marketing methods, social media platforms and also supporting the Commercial Director in the development of the brand ranging from concepts to final delivery of branding, product presentation and packaging.

The company is a dynamic, fast moving environment embarking on the next stage of its development with an aggressive but controlled plan including exciting NPD programmes.

Still in a formative period the company has enjoyed impressive growth in recent years, which it aims to continue, and has a clear direction for addressing the challenges ahead in the everchanging UK/International sales landscape.

In this position we are seeking an individual with experience of current ecommerce methods, a technical understanding of online techniques and ideally knowledge of a design programme (Canva, Illustrator etc.) desirable
