Finance Manager

Our client whom are a leading provider of distribution services based in Wellington has a rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious finance manager to join their management team to drive their exciting long-term growth plans.
Reporting directly to their Managing Director, you will be responsible for their finance team of 4.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrated the following capabilities:

Financial Management

Strong commercial awareness
Excellent understanding of accounting practices
Ability to identify, implement and enforce positive financial controls
Ability to liaise and work with company professional advisors

People Management
A caring, calm and measured management style
A strong desire to analyse and develop the skills of your people
An enthusiasm for creating and maintaining high-performing, motivated & happy teams
