Salary: GBP21k
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5:30pm
Location: Horsham (Due to location you need your own transport)

I have great pleasure in supporting our client in the recruitment of a dynamic and customer focused Logistics Executive to work the night shifts based out of their offices in Horsham.

Responsibilities:

* Providing logistics support in a timely manner
* Liaison with the customers and freight agents
* Administer all aspects the shipping procedures
* Resolve difficult queries through to resolution
* Deliver outstanding service to the customers through excellent relationship building
* Pro-actively engage with other internal departments inclusive of customer service and the warehouse
* Generate import, shipping and hazardous cargo documentation
* Arrange collection or direct shipping arrangements

The right candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to build excellent business relationships
* Ideally a proven background within logistics
* Great attention to detail
* Works well in a team
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
