Meraki Talent's global financial services client is shortlisting for a Lead BI Analyst, the Lead Analyst will be responsible for coaching and development of the team, alongside engaging with other key stakeholders in the Software Development Life Cycle across the European organisation. The Lead Analyst will also be responsible for driving Agile practices within the organisation and the team, as such the role requires someone who is experienced and passionate about Agile.

Responsibilities of the LeadBI Analyst (Financial Services):

-Strong BI skill set essential for the role

-Training of the team with regards to Business Analysis and Information gathering techniques alongside Agile practices

-Ensure the Business Requirement Document is defined under the Project Management Methodology

-Define the analysts responsibilities

-Provide regular two-way communication between the team and IT Management team

Background of the Lead BI Analyst (Financial Services):

-Strong BI skill set

-Strong knowledge of SQL Querying (of MS Databases)

-Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle

-Financial Services experience essential

-Experience working within an Agile environment highly preferable
