Associate - Leading Executive Search Consumer

My client are a leading executive search firm and are looking to add an Associate and a Senior Associate to their Consumer practice in the sociable London office. My client operates at Board and C-Suite level and are involved in leadership assessment pre and post- merger / acquisition in private, PLC and Private Equity.
This Consumer team is actually the highest billing practice in London despite not having the largest headcount! The team has access to the most senior business leaders in the sector. their client contacts are usually CEO, Chairman and other Non-Executive Directors from the board.
As an Associate the successful hire will play an important role in executing mandates by identifying, attracting and developing candidates. They will validate and assess the candidates business experiences and professional competencies to qualify them for the clients consideration. The hire will be encouraged to participate in client meetings and will be responsible for all research.
The ideal candidate will have strong academics, intellectual curiosity, excellent communication and advisory skills, they will have between 1 and 4 years of high performance business or executive search experience. The hire will be able to display exceptional relationship building skills as well as project management skills.
Compared to other leading search firms, this client promotes associates quickly, as an Associate in this firm the hire should expect to be a Senior Associate within 2 years but you will be encouraged to progress as soon as it has been displayed that you can handle it,; last year, in the London office alone, this firm promoted 5 Senior Associates to Consultant.
