A leading FMCG manufacturer based in Bridgwater is currently looking to recruit a HR Business Partner.
As an HR Business Partner you will work closely with your business areas to develop and deliver people management objectives which support their overall strategic aims and objectives. You will need to be a hands on human resources practitioner with a sense of operational urgency, recommending appropriate people management solutions at both tactical and strategic levels.
You will provide expert professional advice and support to managers and staff on all aspects of people management, which fully reflect the Company's desire to be an employer of choice and fully adhere to current employment legislation and best practices.
The HRBP plays a pivotal role as part of a dynamic HR team in the formulation of the overall HR team and you will ensure that the people approach in your areas of the business are aligned to the overall HR strategy for the UK and Group.
You will support your internal stakeholders in the areas of Talent Management, Employee Relations, Compensation and benefits, Occupational Health, HR Analytics and Engagement.
About You:
You will be an experienced HRBP in a medium to large firm, a minimum of 5 years HRBP experience including HR management experience, and also CIPD qualified to Level 7 (Chartered Member status).
It will be an advantage if you have BPS Level A & B and Hay Job Evaluation qualifications.
You have up to date working knowledge of UK employment law and regulations and experience of supporting and implementing talent management initiatives.
You will be energetic, dynamic and commercially aware. You are highly motivated to understand our organisation, business and people in great detail so that you can support, advise and be a source of expertise to your areas of responsibility. You will be an outstanding communicator, with strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and maintain relationships with all. However, you are comfortable to 'push back' when necessary.
