Monday - Friday - 37.5 hours

RZ Group are recruiting on behalf of a long standing Award Winning client within the Insurance sector, for an experienced Propositions Analyst to join them on a full time permanent basis.

You will conduct market, competitor and customer analysis and research to identify trends and developments to make recommendations, you will be part of a wider marketing division and will work to support a team of Proposition Consultants to develop new propositions for their vast customer base.

Key Skills and Experience

* You will have relevant experience within a product/propositions development/management role
* You will be highly analytical with a strong focus on data interpretation - ability to utilise data in a business context to assist with identifying business requirements
* You will be a team player, previous experience working within a close knit team working together to achieve results
* You will be educated to a degree level

*Insurance/Financial Service experience desirable*
