Property Administrator - Maternity Cover
My client, a highly reputable company within the property industry, is looking for a dedicated and time served administrator to join their friendly team based in Kidderminster on a full time, maternity cover contract.
This contract is expected to last 9-12 months and with the business constantly growing and developing, this may lead to other opportunities within the company upon completion.
You must be an active team player with a customer centric approach, ensuring that both internal and external customers` expectations are exceeded to the highest standard.
This particular role is vital to the success of the company, as you will be supporting all areas of the business. Typical day to day duties will include but not be limited to;
Market Appraisals - typing letters to potential clients using standard templates.
New Instructions - ensuring all necessary paperwork is received and completed correctly; entering information from various documents into Reapit; creating letters, brochures and window cards and sending details to vendors/landlords for approval.
Amending existing property details. Photographs, text, brochures, window cards etc.
Ordering brochures and window cards
Creating paperwork - Terms of Business, Property Log etc.
Due to the nature of this role it is VITAL that your CV reflects a strong administration background.
Training will be given and you will have the opportunity to shadow another member of the team in order to ensure you can work efficiently. You will be able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
The working hours are Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 5:30pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays per month.
In return for first class service you will be offered a starting salary of £16,000 as well as benefits, including fantastic training and development opportunities.
