Junior Accounts Assistant
Purchase Ledger
invoices into Sage and update order sheet
Supplier statement reconciliation
Sales Ledger - Create sales invoices and post to Sage, update order sheet/cash flow
Debt Control - chase all debtors for outstanding invoices
Create debit notes, post to Sage, update order sheet/cash flow
Filing and other adhoc duties as requested
