My client is looking for a keen and proactive Customer Service advisor, to join their already successful customer service team, and continue to provide an excellent service to their customers and clients.
This is a past paced role, and requires someone to be able to work within a high pressured environment and be able to handle high volume of calls and email queries.
The successful candidate with have:
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Excellent organisation skills,
- Be able to prioritise and work quickly and efficiently and
- Have a passion for customer service. You
- Must be a strong and confident communicator, be able to speak with people on all levels.
