As part of the role you would be working two days in the kitchen preparing food and you would be opening and closing with daily records for HACCP and COSHH. Level 2 hygiene award or higher would be essential. For the other 3 days you would be assisting with the running of the business working alongside the General Manager organising parties for the weekend and helping to run the cafe.
The ideal candidate would be skilled as a Chef but be able to deal with all levels of the general public, have great organising skills, hard working and flexible would ideally be able to drive.
The salary for this role would be between £20,000-£22,000 per annum
