An exciting opportunity has arisen for Multi Skilled Operative to join us in Leeds.

Within this role, you will be responsible for completing planned works to the housing stock as required by our client whilst working effectively within a consistent operation program. Working within a busy planned works team environment, you will complete the works to a high-quality standard in order to maximise first time fix criteria, appointment objectives alongside improving resident satisfaction.

In addition, you will submit presentable and accurate paperwork which includes PDA data base information coupled with using descriptive works, in order to cost works which are being completed.

In order to be successful in this role, it is essential that you are a Builder/multi-skilled in joinery, kitchen install 1^st and 2^nd fix plumbing works. You should also have extensive experience in 3 or more trades, preferably within Plumbing, Carpentry, and Wet trades (i.e. plastering/brickwork/tiling etc). In addition, you should also have an understanding of paperwork and job coding coupled with excellent communication skills. You will be a motivated individual with the ability to succeed.

Candidates for this role must hold a full valid driving licence
