Registered Care Manager - LD

Grace Care Group is a Staffordshire based provider looking to recruit a Registered Manager to our Allan House care home. This is a very rewarding role working with passionate and dedicated Registered Care Providers and an excellent care team.
Grace Care Group currently has two care homes, which have been established for over 20 years and have a proven track record in providing high quality residential care for adults with learning disabilities. Both of our homes offer person centred care and support that is centred around each individual, focusing on promoting independence, choice and control of their own lives, with relevant care and support provision.
We are looking for an experienced Register Manager to lead and develop Allan House, which is located in Blythe Bridge.
The Registered Manager will have an excellent understanding of current legislation and regulations with proven experience in ensuring that best practice and regulatory compliance is achieved.
The successful candidate will have:
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services, or working towards
• Experience and expertise of Health and Social Care adult services
• Meet all legislative and regulatory requirements to be ‘the Registered Manager’.
• Good organisational, IT and decision-making skills
Full Driving License
Annual leave 5.6 weeks pa (including bank holidays)
All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check
Hours are 40 hours per week
