YourLife Management Services have a fantastic opportunity available for a Duty Supervisor/ Night Duty Supervisor. With 24 hour a day cover on site it means we can support our Home Owners to excel within an independent lifestyle for as long as possible.

About the role:

The Duty Supervisor position supports the Registered Estate Manager to ensure that the development runs efficiently & operationally to support our Homeowners. With a key focus on delivering exceptional customer service Duty Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Care & Support teams; promoting consistency and cover where needed.

This is a shift based role that will require you to predominately work afternoon and evening shifts; with occasional day shifts to provide cover for the Estates Manager. Your night shifts will predominantly be a ‘sleep in’ role, however you will be required to respond to emergency calls from our Homeowners where needed.

What do you need?

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, focused on our homeowner’s well-being and supporting other members of the team whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.

• Experience of working within a care and/or support role
• A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Adults) and be willing to work towards a Level 3
