Covering South Yorkshire, Humberside, North Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire.

Salary based on sales experience with uncapped OTE and company bonus.

This company is a well renowned and highly successful UK leading independent filtration company with over 50 years' experience of sourcing, stocking and supplying filters to all types of manufacturing companies. In addition, they advise and support all technical aspects of filtration including problem solving, new installations, new technology introduction, and cost reduction solutions.

You will work with a full range of manufacturing industries including: Primary steels and metals industries, Engineering manufacturers, Chemicals, Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas, Automotive component manufacturers, Power generation and General Engineering.

You will be responsible for selling all types of filtration products, including Hydraulic filters and diagnostics ,air filters , compressed air treatment components ,process liquid filters , air pollution control products, and their on-site services into existing and new business customers

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Developing existing accounts and identify and target new business opportunities
- Appointment making and working to a sales plan
- Managing customer quotations as well as building close relationships
- Communicating and liaising with suppliers and manufacturers
- Ability to recommend required products and services to meet customer needs
- Conducting full site surveys, identifying all sales opportunities.
- Providing customers with up-to-date product information.
- Attending and actively contributing to sales review meetings
- Managing and prioritising activities.
- Report regularly on weekly sales activity and business developments.
- High standard of customer service
- Follow company procedures

Skills and Experience:
- Previous sales experience selling to manufacturing industries desirable, but not essential.
- Talent for effectively interacting with individuals at all levels of an organisation,
- Self-motivated to work independently
- Has achieved literacy and numeracy standards
- Effectively work with SAP, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, internet and email.
- Commitment to completing tasks and objectives
- Has a full / near clean driving licence
- Professional image and delivers a first-class customer service experience
- Reliable and dependable with exceptional organizational skills
- Fluent English is essential
- Willingness to undertake training
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Capable of working to company quality standards, processes and procedures
