Based in Keighley in West Yorkshire, our client is an ecommerce business specialising in sourcing and retailing decent kit for your campervan conversion; providing a fast and effective service with a mission to simplify and reduce the cost of building a campervan.

An excellent opportunity has now arisen for an experienced Customer Support Advisor to join them at their office here in Keighley. These are exciting times as the business is growing fast and the team is rapidly expanding. You will quickly become an integral part of the small team and, as a customer support specialist, you will be key in delivering their high standard of service.

Within this role, you will handle customer enquiries by phone and email. In the course of a normal day you will probably provide some technical product advice, track down a missing delivery, help customers amend an order, sort out a return or refund, or just help a customer make up their mind about what to buy.

Any practical experience that you can demonstrate in DIY (or indeed campervan conversions!) would be a distinct advantage as their customers are practical, hands-on, people.

The job includes some physical work handling daily customer returns in the warehouse. However, it is primarily office based. In addition, you will carry out some general office administrative tasks giving a great opportunity to learn some our core systems and processes.

Our client is looking for candidates who have the personality to instil confidence and their friendly company ethos over the phone and by email.  You will have good written English language skills and will be a practical problem solver. Strong computer skills are also essential.

As you will be working in office environment and interacting daily with warehouse staff, good interpersonal skills are important. 

Hours: Full time. 9:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday with some flexibility in working hours by negotiation

Essential Requirements: Minimum 6 GCSE Grade C or above including Maths & English (or equivalent)
