In addition to the attractive salary, enhancements for working weekends and evenings of up to an additional £1.00 per hour

YourLife Management Services is a well-established and rapidly expanding, nationwide company, looking for a Duty Supervisor at Chislehurst.

Chislehurst is a stunning and modern development featuring 55 apartments, a blend of both one and two bedroom apartments.

The development sits on one of the town’s main roads and is surrounded by green parklands, with Chislehurst train station 1.2 miles away the development is easily accessible. Providing connections to London Charing Cross, Sevenoaks and Orpington, or the local bus stop offers services following the 61 and 273 routes.

Chislehurst if full of local amenities, including St Paul’s Cray Commons, Derwent House and the Scadbury Nature Reserve.

About the role:

The Duty Supervisor position supports the Registered Estate Manager to ensure that the development runs efficiently & operationally to support our Homeowners. With a key focus on delivering exceptional customer service Duty Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Care & Support teams; promoting consistency and cover where needed.

This is a shift based role that will require you to predominately work afternoon and evening shifts; with occasional day shifts to provide cover for the Estates Manager. Your night shifts will predominantly be a ‘sleep in’ role, however you will be required to respond to emergency calls from our Homeowners where needed.

What do you need?

We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team, focused on our homeowner’s well-being and supporting other members of the team whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.

• Experience of working within a care and/or support role
• A Diploma Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Adults) and be willing to work towards a Level 3
