YourLife Management Services is a well-established and rapidly expanding, nationwide company, looking for an administrator to join Hawkesbury Place, our newly established development in Stow-on-the-Wold.

Hawkesbury Place is a stunning and modern development featuring 44 apartments, a blend of both one and two bedroom apartments.

The development has great public transport links, with the highway running through the Cotswolds from Warwick to Cirencester.

The local bus takes you to the nearest railway stations at Moreton in Marsh and Kingham, and also around the town.

The local area has plenty of local amenities including, the lively market square, a mix of local boutiques and national stores, and the nearby Hidecote Manor; perfect for exploring the countryside. 

About the role:

As an Administrator you will undertake administrative duties to support the efficient operation and Estates Management team of the Assisted Living Development team.

Within this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks:

  • Liaising with the Home Owners
  • Taking lunch bookings and taking orders for personal care Housekeeping duties
  • Welcoming visitors to the development
  • Producing letters and other correspondence to residents

What do you need?

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, focusing on our homeowner’s well-being whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.

You will need to be flexible to support on a range of shift times from early mornings to late evening to support your wider team.

  • Experience of working in an administrative role
  • Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office software and good general education including GCSE’s
  • Appointments are subject to a satisfactory certificate from the DBS.
