Customer Service Administrator

Position: Permanent 1 vacancy is full – time, 1 vacancy is term–time (pro rata)

Location: Histon

Salary: £19,000-£23,000 p.a.

Who you are:

A confident communicator with exceptional customer service skills both written and verbal and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. You will preferably have at least 2 years of office experience. Excellent organisational and administrative skills as well as a good understanding of Microsoft Office.

The Role:

This key role is vital to our continuing success and growth, with excellent opportunities for career development. Main responsibilities include:

  • Dealing with school enquiries via telephone and email.
  • Relationship building with customers, speaking to them positively and informatively about our product. Organising presentations and supporting schools through purchasing and initial setup.
  • Diary management and administrative support for our Education consultants.
  • Processing orders and maintaining records in our CRM system.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of procedures.
