We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and experienced Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join a high achieving, successful and forward-looking team of staff. The SEN Team work with students in order to improve the quality of learning and foster the participation of students in the social and academic aspects of academy life. The Learning Support Team is led by the Director of Learning Support & SEN supported by SENCo’s at each of the Trust’s sites.

The Trust seek candidates who can demonstrate their ability to stand as a positive role model who will inspire and empower our students to work to and beyond expectations. The post holder will need to possess a passion for supporting staff and students in the classroom and be able to showcase how to create and adapt resources that will engage and motivate students.

The post holder will have direct responsibility for leading SEN transition at KS2 and KS3 working with feeder schools, outside agencies and academy staff to build a profile of need for students moving into Year 7 and Year 9.
