Peabody has an exciting opportunity for a Female* Care and Support Worker to join the team in the Braintree District.  We have full time (37.5 hours) or part time (15+ hours), on a permanent basis and you will be offered a competitive salary of £17,063 per annum - £8.75 per hour.

The Female* Care and Support Worker role:

We are currently recruiting Female care and support workers to join our team providing a high standard of care and support to people with a learning disability living in the Braintree district.  You should be positive, kind and caring and be focussed on encouraging choice, self-worth and assisting our customers to get out and about enjoying themselves in the local community. 

We have full and part time positions available across a 24/7 rota. We are also interested in talking to people who would like to go on our ‘Flexi Care and Support Worker' list to work on an as and when basis to fit around your lifestyle.

As our Female* Care and Support Worker you will need to have access to a car or other independent means of transport to go and support our customers across the Braintree district and a full driving licence.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have experience as we offer a thorough induction and training package.  All we ask is that you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and want to make a difference.
