Waking Night Residential Youth Support Worker
Market Harborough Area
£18,637 - £20,191 Per Annum plus sleep in allowance
We are currently working alongside a prestigious organising who provides residential care to young people.
Currently we are recruiting for a Waking Night Residential Youth Support Worker in the Market Harborough area.
In this role you will be required to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the young people, whole creative a positive and nurturing environment. You will support in daily activities and educational needs, as well as managing behavioural issues. Above all you should be a positive role model and assisting with them gaining vital life skills and building a positive future.
In return you will be offered a competitive salary with enhancements for sleep in duties as well access to a QCF Level 3 Qualification and ongoing training and support to develop your career.
In this role you are required to work early and late shifts with sleep in duties (additional payment for this) as this is 24/7 service and requires the flexibility work shifts and some weekends on a fair rota system.
You MUST be a driver and have had experience within a similar setting.
