Business Development Executive
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a new business sales person to help grow the revenue of an already established multi million pound established business.
- Drive new business sales through cold calling, lead generation and negotiation.
- Working to targets.
- Ability to understand market trends and utilise various tools to proactively market the company and solution offering.
- Work internally with design teams to understand how the company can best position itself to differentiate their solution offering to the marketplace.
- Build key relationships with prospective clients
- Manage the new proposal process
- Measurable experience of new business sales.
- Sales experience in a B2B environment
- Used to working in a fast paced environment
- Experience of face to face and virtual client contact
