General Support Administrator

Part-time, 29.6 hours p/w | Permanent | £13,200-£14,041 P/A (Pro rata £16,500-£17,551)

The College’s Administration Hub Team is looking to appoint a part-time General Support Administrator to support the work of the department.

The successful applicant must have good general education to GCSE level or equivalent, and it would be desirable to have a NVQ Level 2 in a relevant subject, and experience of working in an educational establishment. In addition, the post holder must have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, excellent customer skills, and good organisational skills with the ability to operate efficiently when under pressure. The successful candidate must also be able to maintain the absolute confidentiality of the information that the department works with.

The working pattern for this part-time post is Monday to Friday each week, but applicants should be aware that they will need to be flexible to work evenings or occasional weekends.
