Their Flexicare Housing schemes are purpose-built properties for individuals 55+ with care support needs. Their tenants live in a self contained flat and maintain their independence with use use of communal facilities.

They currently have positions available for experienced Care Workers to join their CQC registered Supported Living services.

The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality service to residents. You will be responsible for providing personal care, providing assistance with administering medication and dealing with emergency calls.

Full induction, care certificate and onsite training provided to all new recruits.

The successful candidates will have experience of working within a care environment and will show the drive and passion required to go the “extra mile” for service users. Our client is looking for a strong team player who is reliable, punctual and professional. Ideally you will also hold a qualification in care or a related subject.

The job role includes;

  • Rolling monthly rota; through a combination of AM and PM shifts 3 sleep in nights a month in which staff stay in the staff flat on site, paid in addition to salary and only woken through Careline for emergencies Every other weekend and rotas includes a fixed day off every week.
