Deskside Engineer
Full-time | Permanent | £15,407-£16,239 P/A
Can you provide excellent service and support to our IT customers? If so, the College’s IT department is looking to appoint a Deskside Engineer.
The successful candidate will work in a small team which manages, installs and supports our portfolio of 2,400 desktops, laptops and Chromebooks. Providing efficient support using the appropriate tools will keep both students and staff working, making maximum use of the College’s facilities.
In order to work in our busy department, it is essential that applicants are aware that they must have knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, and also experience of working in a Microsoft environment.
The position would be an ideal first or second job for a newly qualified Microsoft engineer.
