Credit Control Team Leader

Our client, based in Leicester, requires an experienced Credit Control Team Leader to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be required to:

* Manage a team with day-to-day account challenges
* Ensure debts are collected when falling due.
* Ensure good process are implemented and followed up with key customers.
* Establish excellent relationships with both key contacts and decision makers at key customers.
* Manage a high volume of complex queries and establish a robust process to follow up, report and resolve
* Ensure all outstanding invoice queries are resolved and collected expediently by liaising internally and/or with the customer and ensure all relevant resolutions are documented.
* Ensure that any high risk/problem accounts are brought to the attention of the Credit manager.
* Identify key issues, such as recurring disputes, and recommend resolution, implement, monitor, report.
* Review accounts which have exceeded credit limits, where appropriate liaise with senior staff.

Requirements
* Experience of leading/supervising a team.
* Highly experienced in Credit Control
* Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
* Highly organised and able to multi-task as well as deal with complex queries.
* Confident in decision making
* Analytical and problem solving skills
