Team Leader - Supported Living

This is a full time post in a small, friendly team at this supported living site in Caterham where ten adult service users with learning disabilities and autism reside in flats. The service users require support in most areas of their daily social life and everyday tasks - personal care is minimal.

Responsibilities of Team Leader

- Providing care & support to their Service users
- Record and document information, following company policies & procedures
- Supervise and lead a team of support workers
- Support the manager with the day to day running of the service.

This full time position will come with an hourly rate of £8 per hour.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Caring, professional and an excellent communicator
- Passionate about care with particular emphasis on adult services
- Be self-motivated and flexible
- Able to work well with in a team
- Trustworthy and reliable
- Have good administrative and IT skills
- Hold a Diploma 3 or equivalent in Health and Social Care.
- Hold a clean UK driving licence.
