The Whitechapel Centre is a Liverpool based charity which provides support to people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness, and / or have support needs. We offer help with building confidence, developing independent living skills and supporting people to address substance use or other health and wellbeing issues. We also help people to access social and community networks, training, education and employment.
The Whitechapel Centre is a delivery partner for Liverpool Waves of Hope, an initiative which aims to transform the lives of clients with multiple and complex needs by providing a range of support interventions.
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Data Analyst who can take the lead on data management and analysis within the Waves of Hope initiative, producing meaningful reports and predicting trends based on historic data. Confident working with internal and external stakeholders to improve the quality of our data, you will share our enthusiasm for using data and insight to shape the development of service provision.
We are looking for someone with solid numeracy, IT and literacy skills. who has experience in both data analysis and survey research Experience of working within a homelessness, mental health, offending, treatment or support setting would be a distinct advantage.
This post is being offered as a fixed term contract for one year in the first instance.
