Registered Manager, Complex Care & Autism Division
Derbyshire
£30,000 - £34,000 Per Annum
We are looking for an experienced manager of social care services to manage a new Autism and Complex Care Service in Derbyshire.
The registered manager is responsible for every aspect of running the service; clinical, developmental, operational, financial & Administrative functions.
As registered manager you will be responsible for the staff team to ensure top quality care and that CQC standards are met to a high level as well assisting your staff team to progress and ensure they working in a well supported and safe environment, all whole ensuring the care of the residents at all times. . You will also assist senior management with strategic planning and company standards.
The successful candidate must possess the following:
- Experience in Autism and /or Complex Care
- Experience doing referrals and Assessments
- Experience of manager residential services.
