Our client is one of the largest further and higher education colleges in the country, offering over 1000 courses to over 26,000 students every year.

They are going through a period of significant change and is implementing a full-scale restructuring programme.

As a result of this, they are looking to recruit a number of Curriculum Leaders and Managers to assist them on their journey to becoming an outstanding provider. The vacancies are available to lead and manage the following curriculum areas:

• Maths and English
• Foundation/SEND/ESOL/Access

The Assistant Director of Curriculum will be responsible for supporting the Director of Curriculum and the College Group Senior Leadership Team to provide high quality management, leadership and guidance across the curriculum and to provide an excellent learning experience which ensures high achievement for all students, through exemplary practice in learning, teaching and assessment.

Candidates should have a successful and experienced background in delivery of curriculum across a range of programmes. Qualified to degree level or equivalent and with a post grad teaching or education qualification (or Certificate in Education), you will hold a minimum of level 2 in Maths and English and proven experience in improving and maintaining quality.
