We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Coordinator to join our Business and Professional section, to help coordinate the delivery of work-based learning for learners on our Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.  You will be responsible for the recruitment and support of learners and employers, playing a key role in developing outstanding working relationships with internal and external customers. 

The successful candidate will need to have a level 3 qualification or above in Management/Leadership/Human Resources or a similar field, and have GCSE grade C or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths.  We are looking for someone who has the ability to work effectively without supervision, with experience in a similar role, i.e. arranging placements for trainees, working with apprentices and assessing learner outcomes.
