Systems Specialist

Based in Surbiton, UK, reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, this role requires a suitably qualified and experienced collaborative team member, the candidate is required to participate in an out of hours' support rota (24x7x365 on-call) -paid overtime.

Candidate Requirements
 +5 years in a network & systems administrator role  +5 years with Microsoft systems  +5 years Microsoft exchange  +5 years VMWare and/or Hyper-V  +5 years Desktop support  MCP, CCNA, VCP required  ITIL Foundation certification desirable  MCSE desirable  AWS/ Azure certifications desirable  Fluent in English, proficient ability in another language advantageous  HP, Cisco, Dell & Citrix hardware and software and storage technologies  MS office proficiency  Full UK drivers licence and own transport (if under age of 25)

Key Accountabilities

 Project delivery - fit for purpose and meet customer expectations  Produced build documentation  Monitor alerts in order to ensure minimum disruption to customer  Meet client expectations in terms of quality of work; delivery to deadlines and cost  Action customer enquiries on time and effectively  Follow-up activities to resolution and to customer satisfaction  Resolve problems within reasonable time frames (or as per SLA) and first-time-fix parameters  Curate customer information  Build and maintain customer relationships
