This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a an enthusiastic and supportive Care Team. We are looking for someone who is keen to engage with our supporters and stakeholders and offer the highest standards of Supporter Care.

With outstanding customer care skills and experience of working within both an inbound and outbound telephone contact team, you'll need to have a passion for customer engagement. A keen eye for detail is essential as the role will involve database management whilst supporting a busy, successful fund-raising team, ensuring donors and their gifts are accurately acknowledged, recorded on the database and any queries dealt with to conclusion. The successful candidate will need to have knowledge and experience of dealing with customers effectively through a variety of communication methods including telephone, email and social media.
