Customer Care Coordinator
Our client is currently looking to recruit for a Customer Care Coordinator. The main purpose of this role will be to delight their customers by resolving any issues they experience quickly and effectively, collaborating with various teams throughout the company where required. To perform thorough root cause analysis to capture accurate data that supports our pro active improvement projects, working with different areas of the UK Sales business to develop the working processes to ultimately improve the customer's experience.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated excellent customer service skills, have an understanding of data analysis, problem solving tools and have an understanding of root cause analysis. You would also need posess excellent organisational skills and time management skills as well as being able to work under pressure.
