Art & Design Technician (Penzance)
£15,206 - £17,721 pro rata
The post involves actively supporting both students and staff across 16-19 and Adult courses, through the provision, preparation and organisation of resource material for all types of Art & Design including Ceramics/Glass, Textiles, Fine Art and Graphic Design. Applicants will be expected to maintain a safe environment for both students and staff including maintenance of equipment and facilities across the Art & Design area including the ceramics and 3D workshops. Candidates are likely to have a background in Art and knowledge of safe working practices, materials and equipment used in these areas will be essential. (The hours will be spread evenly across two working days and the days are likely to be Thursday & Friday in this academic year).
